Spammers have found us

Looks like we have some new members who want to spam the site with ads about viagra, etc.

I have suspended several user accounts, mostly ones that stated they were male but used girl names and were out of the USA.

Will look into a better long-term solution when I get a chance.

thanks to all the wonderful Georgia Indie Crafters who participate here.
thanks for simply being YOU !

Riverside Artisan Market in Jacksonville, Fl

OK, I know, I know, Jacksonville Florida is NOT in Georgia. But I travel there frequently and it's "just across the line" for those living in South Georgia.

I spent a glorious morning along the St. John's river strolling the Riverside ArtsContinue

I have a large box FULL of polymer clay supplies that I would like to sell for $100. It is rather heavy so if you can't pick it up, (Albany, Georgia) then I would guess it will be around $30 to ship it. Less if you don't want the clay, it is the heaviest item.

It contains:

Polymer Clay Oven
Polymer Clay Pasta Machine
Lots of tools including molds, shape cutters, scraping cutting tools, rolling bars, textures, cutting mat, etc.
About 10 pounds of clay in various colors. Clay is over one year ol… Continue

Hi Cindy!
Thanks for the welcome note :) I have not been in Woodstock long, but I love Olde Towne...it is a nice place. What was Currant?
I have never been to Albany. Is it a big place?

Hi Cindy, I am on the road again...we should have a contest to see who is on the go the most. I know I owe you an email, but I have been just trying to stay on top of things to keep my business moving forward, Marketing is a never ending job as you well know. I told my husband I needed an assistant and he said you need an assistant for your assistant! I have been trying to put 26 hrs into 24 and going not stop. On my way to send you an email right now.

Cindy, Georgia art and craft needs as many promoters and marketers as there are artists and craft makers! By all means, use ANY of my public information in your site(s). Are you familiar with Events2000.com? It has much festival partner information free for the viewing. And I have a blog there, too.

Right now, Bill Ronay & I are in St. Paul MN to attend the Craft Organization Development Association conference, hosted by the American Association of Woodturners. (See www.codacraft.org) I mention this because the 20th annual CODA conference will be held in Savannah, April 6-8, 2010!

Georgia Made Georgia Grown LLC, SCAD and The City of Savannah Department of Cultural Affairs are hosting. And we are going to hit the ground running to attract the Deep South's artscentric guilds, associations and organizations.

At this St. Paul conference, attendees will come from 23 states and three Canadian provinces. CODA members are from Guilds & Membership Organizations; Craft/Art Schools & Educational Centers; Craft exhibition Presenters/Museums/Galleries; Public Service/Development/Government Agencies; and Fairs/Festivals/Shows.

Bill Ronay & I have been CODA supporters for many years and have attended the conferences in Berea KY, Portland OR, Calgary Alberta, and Little Rock AR. I always bring home timely information and have used much of the networking in consulting with GDEcD's Georgia's Creative Economies Initiative and Georgia Made Georgia Grown Products programming.

I'll keep you & your readers informed about CODA and the April 6-8, 2010 Savannah conference.

Thank you for all that you do promoting HandmadeGeorgia! Keep up the excellent social media marketing and make sure I'm in on all of your projects. Camille
